We do it differently. At Riviera Coffee, we don't touch the roaster until your order comes in. Not yesterday. Not last week. The day you order it — that is when your coffee is roasted. Then it is packed and shipped directly to your door within 24 hours of roasting.

THE ROASTERY
Every Bean Picked by Hand.
At Riviera Coffee, we don't believe coffee should be sipped out of utility. The details matter to us. Coffee shouldn't be mass-roasted and packaged and then sit on a shelf for months before it reaches you.
This bag of coffee was roasted by Chip, our head roaster. He scooped the green coffee by hand and poured it into the roaster. He watched as the roasting profile demanded a higher temperature and then cooled it with air, and back again. As the roasted coffee sifted in the cooling bin, he picked out each bean that wasn't to his standard and discarded it because he wouldn't accept those in his coffee, and you shouldn't accept them in yours.

Your coffee is packaged immediately after roasting. Your roast date is stamped directly on the bag. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
Shipped to Your Door
Your order ships via UPS or USPS within 1–3 business days of roasting. From Chandler, Arizona directly to your door.
